Due to the growth of the company, Total Packaging has moved from `t Harde to Harderwijk.The entire production location had to be moved as efficiently as possible and with minimal downtime, so this was a complete factory relocation!

Complete factory relocation from A to Z

We realised the complete relocation with our customer, from A to Z. We drew up an extensive inventory in advance and prepared an action plan with our customer. Thanks to good cooperation with the manufacturer of the machines, we were able to minimize downtime.

As soon as the machines were disconnected, we could take care of the rest. We disassembled the entire machine park and removed it from the production hall. We then packed everything appropriately and transported it to Harderwijk. In the new location we placed all machines in the correct positions in the production hall. The manufacturer only had to put the machines back into operation.

Thorough project management was an indispensable part of our services here. Thanks to an experienced team of machine transporters and project manager, things ran smoothly. They checked every day whether everything was going according to plan so that adjustments could be made when needed.

A complete company relocation is always a special project. A company rarely does this and it is of course always very exciting and unusual for the moving party. It's great to have your customer trust you this way!

All in all a very successful job and within 3 weeks everything was up and running again. Exactly according to plan! We had provided a very clear estimate of the costs in advance so that the customer knew exactly where he stood.
