Industrial relocation for Trioworld
Industrial relocation for Trioworld
We positioned and built up a new production line for our customer Trioworld. Specifically, the customer's question was: build the machine line with minimal impact on production, minimal downtime.
Industrial moving with a compact crane
After an extensive work consultation on location, we agreed on a work plan and planning with the customer. We also discussed which equipment we could use in the production area and we drew up a safety plan. We first unloaded the new production line with our tele-crane and forklifts. We then built up the production line part by part within our designated work area, in a lead time of 3 weeks.
With the help of an electric compact crane, we were able to place most parts in the production area. We did this in such a way that production elsewhere in the building was not hindered by this. The challenge lay in the size of the machine line and the fact that it was supplied by third parties from abroad. Being able to continue production was also a requirement for this customer. But with the right preparation, we completed the job successfully.
Undamaged floor
As with most production companies, the floor was very important here because of a special coating. The bearing capacity of the floor was also an important factor to consider. By working with road plates, special felt and our non-marking tires on the forklift and the crane, the floor remained undamaged.
The result
At Trioworld they are very satisfied with the cooperation, the flexible approach and the result.
